Fiat 8V Turbina

The Fiat 8V Turbina was introduced at the Turin Motor Show in the spring of 1954.  Work on the prototype began in 1948 and by 1950 the first drawings were made.  The car was completed in January 1953 and track testing began on April 14th, 1954.

The car showed a very low drag coefficient, and the estimated maximum speed was in the area of 155mph.

Hong Kong population density

Kowloon was once the densest place on the planet.  This notorious city was mostly demolished in the 1990's, but portions of it remain.  Andy Yeung gives a great perspective on apartment living in Kowloon with a series of images taken with a drone.   Additional images are here.

Renault Twizy

I had never heard of the Twizy until I ran across one in Paris several weeks ago.  An electric "two seater", but the second seat is directly behind the driver and it is very small.  Additional information here.
